Executive Coaching Certification

Now we all know what an executive coach does right? With all the things that they are doing to help out top executives become better in their field of expertise. The job of an executive coach is to coach these individuals and show their clients that they can be better than the person they are now. Having a coach would be very great for it would be like having someone that can show you the ropes on how to be successful in your carrier. This would be a very good asset in your carrier and you can greatly increase the probability in which you would have a great chance in having a better carrier in the future.

That’s what an executive coach help you with, but how do executive coaches earn their right to coach? Well of course you need to have a certificate in which you would acquire if you have done something relevant in the past that would make you an executive coach. You also need to realize that being a coach you are not required to sit in a chair for years and you would get your certification. The level of executive coaching certification is very different from the ways that you have imagined. If you want to be an executive coach you need to successfully coach two individuals within a year. Once you have done that, then you would be handed over a certificate by the group.

But that’s just the easy part! The hard part would be to look for those two individuals that would let you train them. Remember these are not just common individuals that you can see around the diner. These are executives in whom they have corporations and teams and multimillion dollar accounts. This would be a very scary situation for a person that doesn’t know about a thing or two about having to coach someone at this stature. First you would want to have somewhat of an experience running your own team. Of course when you want to train someone you need to know what you are talking about or you would just be talking nonsense.

You need to be an executive yourself or a retired one to make sure that you know what you are talking about. The next thing you would want to have is an executive asking you about your guide on something that you haven’t even heard before. Now that can be very humiliating and not to mention you can even get to jail for fraud. If you want to be an executive coach you need to be an executive yourself or you would just be teaching horse dung to people and that would not be right at any level.
