The fact that companies today are slowly making it a trend to have executive coaches down their sleeves it would not be that hard to fathom that you would see a number of executive coaches running around and coaching every executive they have. Being an executive coach is a really serious job in which you would have some serious time needed in order for you to look for the proper executive to coach. Now you are not coaching common people that have common jobs, you would be coaching executives that have teams and corporations, big people with big companies. If you are looking for executive coaching jobs then you might want to try it out and start on your own.
Before the executive coaching thing got wild executive coaches run around as individual contractors that do not work for any firm whatsoever. Maybe you want to try having to do that instead of you having to look for a job, but when talking about executive coaching having an executive is the job! So finding one that you can mentor would be the hard part! But it would not be that hard if you just know what angle you standout in. Some people are good in different ways; just like executives they have different jobs as well. But ever think outside the box? Not only executive people need your help.
Religious leaders that preach whatever they are preaching to a new place in which they do not know somebody and even try converting them into his religion. Now if you would want to look to that as a religious work in some other cases that is considered as a work of a CEO, as a leader you have many teams as well just like in the office. Though the playground is money nor stocks but religion. If you are good with this side then you might want to try out executive coaching on religious leaders that are out there today preaching the gospel.
As I mentioned above you need to have something that would back you up. Something that you know when you talk to your client you are saying something to him rather than just talking. Having to know things that are in your doorstep would be a good indication that you would be a great executive coach as well. Also do not ever try to become an executive coach if you are not once or an executive for you would just be selling nonsense, well if you are a good con artist then why not? Anyhow by sticking out to your main ball field you would be able to know the secrets that your client doesn’t know yet, good thing to teach him that way. And you being an executive would know about the little things that isn’t taught at marketing school.
